The Occupational Therapist conducts the Cognistat Assessment
as a cognitive screening tool. The assessment can be used to identify potential areas of concern, as well as provide information
as to whether a referral to a Neuro-psychologist may be beneficial.
It is important to recognize that the Cognistat is not a diagnostic tool.
