Referrals can be made by a variety of organizations, employers, and private citizens. Organizations may include government agencies, insurance companies, automobile insurance agencies, Workers Compensation Boards, private sector employers.
How do I arrange an assessment/meeting with an Occupational Therapist at Key Steps?
A referral can be made by contacting Key Steps directly via telephone, mail, or E-mail.
Where do the assessments/meetings take place?
All assessments or meetings are conducted in the home or work environment to ensure accurate findings and observations. We are able to travel throughout Manitoba to accommodate individual needs.
How much do Key Steps’ services cost?
Since all of the services and programs that Key Steps offers are individualized, please contact our office to discuss hourly rates and request a quote.
Some insurance policies and government agencies include coverage for Occupational Therapy services (Blue Cross, Sunlife, Workers Compensation Board, Manitoba Public Insurance, and Department of Veterans’ Affairs).
Please contact your insurance provider directly to determine if they offer coverage for Occupational Therapy.
